POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Analyst & Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns while providing reporting, analysis, and insights that inform strategic decision-making. This role will help track marketing performance, identify audience trends, forecast demand, optimize campaigns, and support the growth of House of Yes programming and initiatives. This hybrid role combines marketing execution with data analysis, understanding audience behavior, ticket sales trends, campaign performance, and seasonal demand. The ideal candidate is analytically-minded, deeply curious, and passionate about nightlife, live events, theater, music, performance art, and culture. This role is perfect for someone who gets equally excited about audience dashboards and packed, energetic dancefloors.

REPORTS TO: SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: W2; part-time role. Hybrid work permitted with Reporting Manager / Ownership approval and supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems

  • Analyze ticket sales, audience behavior, customer journeys, and campaign performance

  • Monitor KPIs across ticketing, email marketing, social media, website traffic, and paid advertising

  • Identify trends, growth opportunities, and audience insights

  • Create reports and forecasts that inform marketing strategy and event planning

  • Support attribution analysis and audience segmentation efforts

  • Research nightlife, entertainment, and audience trends

  • Recommend tools and systems that improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, ticketing platforms, and paid advertising

  • Create and update promotional materials and marketing assets

  • Support email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation

  • Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables

  • Assist with audience development initiatives and promotional partnerships

  • Support Meta and Google advertising campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, audience development, digital marketing, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting tools and data sets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Passion for nightlife, live events, music, theater, performance art, and community-building

Preferred experience includes: Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Eventbrite reporting tools, CRM and email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, forecasting, attribution modeling, revenue reporting, and paid media analysis.

Bonus points for: Experience in nightlife, live events, theater, festivals, music venues, experiential marketing, workflow automation, dashboard creation, AI-powered analytics tools, or managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

COMPENSATION: Beginning rate of $25.00-$35.00, depending on experience
