House of Yes is a creative collective with a theatrical nightclub venue in Bushwick, Brooklyn that has become a beacon of
NYC nightlife. We are renowned for programming and producing outrageous dance parties, circus spectacles, immersive cinema, aerial & cabaret
shows. In addition to our in-house programming, we offer our space for private events, fundraisers and community activities. Each night is specially
curated to present a fusion of music, visual art, theatrics and interactive elements. We are a fast growing company being recognized on an international

DESCRIPTION
The HQ Coordinator is an integral part of production and operations occurring at Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn for House of
Yes offsite festivals (such as CITY OF GODS, BERLIN BEYOND, etc). Working directly under the Production Manager and Director of People + Culture,
along with direction from owner Ilan Telmont, the HQ Coordinator ensures that HQ (headquarters, i.e. the onsite office at Industry City for House of Yes
events) runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a high level of communication, organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and
reporting. They are comfortable giving direction and delving out information, and have an unwavering commitment to safety, security, teamwork, and
operational excellence.
HOURS: PART TIME AND HOURLY. WEEKEND (BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) AND EVENING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
- SCHEDULE: 2-3 onsite shifts per week (Saturday, Sunday, and 1 weekday) for the Fall season
- Season runs late September through early November 2025
- Availability for evening shifts during show dates, including October 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and November 1st 2025
BEGINNING RATE: $25.00 PER HOUR AFTER TRAINING
REPORTING MANAGER: PRODUCTION MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE OF WORK
- Managing the overall operations of HQ at Industry City.
- Ensuring HQ is a clean, organized, and well-functioning space (i.e. printers are running properly, supplies are stocked, etc).
- Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages to the appropriate manager.
- Assisting with placing orders and rentals as needed.
- Signing out equipment to staff and ensuring all returns are made by end of day / end of shift.
- Reporting any non-returned or missing items to the Production Manager.
- Assisting with purchase / rental deliveries and storing/directing to the proper area as needed.
- Any issues with purchase or rentals, communicating to the proper party and resolving an alternative solution quickly.
- Communicating any purchases made to the Accounting Department and ensuring they are recorded in the Master Budget.
- Assisting with smooth, quick communication between project Lead Managers.
- Assisting with the organization and uploading of documents to Industry City-related event folders in the Drive.
- Monitoring help@houseofyes.org for Industry City-related inquiries and Lost and Found.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager and Director of People and Culture.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATES
- 2+ years experience in a Nightlife, Hospitality, and/or Event Production coordinator position
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- 21+
- Gmail Workspace (sheets, etc)
- Monday.com
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- FDNY F03 / F04 Certificate of Fitness
- If you currently do not have this certificate, you must be receive this certificate within one month of beginning work
