We have a creative studio space opening up for working professionals
to use as art studios/showrooms/offices/
suites…just about anything!
The private studio is approximately 275 square feet, and
rental comes with access to our creative resources including our Sky
Box Aerial Studio, Dance Studio, Make Fun Sewing and Costume Shop,
Theatre, Recording Studio, Event Space, Materials for the Arts access
and MORE! Aside from being a production facility, learning center and
theatre, we are also a community of creative professionals who like to
work hard and create harder. We are open to the individual studios
being shared between people or small groups. If you are ready to take
your work to the next level and expand on your creative connections,
this is the place for you.
24 Hour Access.
$650 includes private space, creative resources, access to 3,000 square feet of shared space, utilities, WiFi and utilities.
Studio rentals can be Month to Month, but we prefer a 3 month or longer lease.
Studios are strictly for Work Only. NOT AVAILABLE FOR
MUSIC/MIXING/REHEARSAL (sorry! we just dont have enough sound
proofing)
