Interested in renting our space?

The House of Yes is available for a variety of events ranging from dinner parties, film screenings, performances, film shoots, release parties, fashion shows, dance parties, art shows, live music showcases and more! We even host weddings! House of Yes is the perfect venue that allows you to put your own creative touch on the evening and create a memorable experience for you and your guests.

To inquire about dates and rates, please email info@houseofyes.orgwith the subject line “EVENT INQUIRY” and include your name, contact information, ideal date for the event and what the event will entail. We will take it from there and get back to you with more information!

Once your event is confirmed with a House of Yes walk-through, deposit and a signed contract, you can fill out the Event Tech Info: (Note: This is ONLY for confirmed rentals! Not Inquiries)

Rental Info:

  • We rent space to producers to host and curate their own events. We do not book individual bands or acts. However, if you would like to submit an act to perform on our stage, please email Nicki Miller at emaillnickimiller@gmail.com to contribute to the monthly Variety Show.
  • The space is not available Monday evenings.
  • Max capacity is 200-250 people. For standing room only, and 100 for sit down event.
  • Hours allotted is negotiated based upon the specific needs of the event.
  • We provide a number of helpful resources when renting the space (See: Tech Specs below).

We pride ourselves on being able to provide a place in which artistic individuals and groups can explore new ideas and debut new works.  Sometimes, we like to get in on the action ourselves.

To form a partnership or a collaboration with the House of Yes, please submit a business proposal to info@houseofyes.org (subject line should read PARTNER/COLLAB INQUIRY).
